As Teamlead Customer Success, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of how reev engages, retains, and expands its customer base. You will lead a talented team, shape how AI and automation elevate Customer Success across our markets, and position reev as an integrated energy partner for our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR): Set the strategy, cadence, and levers for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell acrossreev’sportfolio - and make performance visible.
- Drive long-term customer value: Ensure customersrealiseoutcomes from onboarding to adoption to usage growth - with clear lifecycle plays and measurable success criteria.
- Lead the shift to integrated energy management: Steer customer transformation from ‘charging infrastructure management’ to ‘integrated energy management’ - aligned with Product and Brand messaging.
- Lead and grow the team: Coach Customer Success Managers and Key Account Managers, build a culture of ownership, and raise the bar on execution quality.
- Scale with AI and automation: Introduce AI-driven signal detection, segmentation, and automated engagement to increase coverage without lowering quality.
- Create cross-functional alignment: Partner with Sales, Product, and Data to turn customer insights into roadmap input, commercial motion, and a continuously improving platform experience.
